Refund Policy
Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
All items except gift cards, customized items, and food products may be returned or exchanged with receipt within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with receipt and tags still on them in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made with at least 2 days’ notice before the scheduled event. Any deposit collected is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to Soccer Plant’s error.
In addition, any cancellations processed for Recreation, Leagues, Player Development, and/or Training will incur a $30 processing fee. If a player has received a uniform or had a jersey imprinted, an additional uniform fee will apply.
If Soccer Plant Inc. cannot assign a player to a session, or if there is a duplicate registration, we will cancel those registrations and issue a full refund upon request.
Refund requests will be processed within two to three weeks from receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued via check or electronic credit to the original payment method.

Rescheduling
All rescheduling requests must be made with at least 2 days’ notice before the scheduled event. In the event that your reservation cannot be rescheduled, any deposit collected will not be refunded, unless the rescheduling is due to Soccer Plant’s error.
